Registration

Help! I registered my son/daughter but we missed the Equipment/Fitting Event!

If you registered for the Football and Cheer season but did NOT attend a Mandatory Fitting Event:

Cheer:

  1. Download the cheer fitting form HERE.
  2. View the Vendor’s Size Chart HERE to use in the next step.
  3. Fill out the entire form, completely and indicate for each item either Y or N for purchase. (Please include sizes even for pieces you may not be ordering at this time, as they may be used sometime in the season.)
  4. Email the completed cheer fitting form to cheer@fppw.org which will be forwarded to the uniform coordinator, Kalin Boenig.

 

Football:

Please send an email to football@fppw.org. Include your player’s name, age, weight, and height.

 

**Please note that FPPW holds two Equipment Fitting days with our vendors products to ensure a proper fit. If you were unable to attend any one of these, Four Points Pop Warner will not be responsible for Football Jersey or Cheer Uniforms not fitting correctly and any modifications required will be the responsibility of the parent.

Registration and Payment

  • Registration will open February 15th.  Stay tuned to the website for information and sign up for the newsletter to be notified via email about registration and other important information.
  • Registration closes on May 31st. After this date, FPPW board approval is required for registration. This exemption is meant to accommodate players that move into the Four Points area after June 1. Late registrants may incur an extra charge for expedited shipping on their uniforms.
  • Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.
  • Only registered players will be placed on teams. Placement occurs in early June.
  • Fees:
    • Football:
      • Up to May 31st, $350 per participant, includes jersey, pants, socks, and t-shirt.
      • On or After June 1, $375 per participant
      • Family discount of $25 off the registration fee for each additional participant
    • Spirit: Cheer or Dance:
      • Up to May 31st, $290 for ALL Cheerleaders which INCLUDES the cost of uniforms and accessories
      • $215 does not include uniform
      • On or After June 1, $315 for ALL Cheerleaders which includes the cost of uniform and accessories
      • Family discount of $25 off the registration fee for each additional participant
      • ALL Junior Pee Wee and Pee Wee Competition level cheerleaders will also be required to purchase the Competition Accessories package, approximately $125. (billed separately from registration.)

Refund Policy

  • Prior to June 15, full refund
  • After June 15, 50% refund.
  • After July 1, Full refunds only for medical condition preventing play. Refund request must be accompanied by Doctor’s note.
  • Upon ANY refund request, players and cheerleaders must surrender any and all uniform or accessories ordered and/or distributed for the upcoming season.
  • PeeWee players that do not make weight as of certification will also receive full refund. This exception is due to the fact that PeeWee is the top player classification within FPPW.

What Age/Weight Division should I register my football player for?

While there are often players who will play up or down due to weight, experience or playing with a certain team, and given the overlapping of ages across the divisions, these are the most common divisions by grade:
K -2nd: Tiny Mite
3rd – 4th: Mitey Mite
5th: Junior Pee Wee
6th: Pee Wee
